The FURever Friends Humane Society, Inc. Low Cost
Spay & Neuter Assistance Program, also referred to as
L.C.S.N.A.P., was designed with the hope that one day it
would lower the overwhelming number of stray,
unwanted and abandoned animals in the Middle GA area.
Since we are a not for profit, all-volunteer organization
and receive no assistance from our local or State
government, our funds are limited and we would like to
assist as many families as possible in altering their pets.
We do ask that if you can afford to pay for
spay/neuter surgery yourself without assistance that
you do so. Please allow us to use our funds to provide
Low Cost Spay/Neuter Assistance to someone who truly
needs assistance.
If you cannot afford spay/neuter surgery without
assistance and would like to request Low Cost
Spay/Neuter Assistance from FURever Friends
Humane Society, Inc., please complete a request form;
one per animal. Mail your completed request form along
with a check* or money order (Make payable to
FURever Friends Spay/Neuter Program) in the
appropriate amount from the listed fee schedule to:

Please allow 10 business days for a response to your
request. At that time you will receive a notice by mail
either approving or declining your request. If your
request was declined you will be given the reason(s)
why along with a refund of your money minus $5.00 for
the application processing fee. If your request is
approved you will receive a voucher for the surgery
along with instructions. Please keep in mind that the
surgery will be done in Gray, Georgia and YOU will be
responsible for transportation.

Female Dog $60.00
Male Dog $50.00
Female Cat $50.00
Male Cat $35.00
Female in heat or pregnant*** Add $10.00
*Returned check fee $25.00
**Application fee is Non-refundable.
***If pregnancy is near term surgery cannot be
preformed. This will be at the discretion of the
Veterinarian performing the surgery. Prices are
subject to change and may do so without notice.
